About the project
INCEPT is a pre-study to evaluate the feasibility of a CRM-ERP system tailored for Swedish incubators.
Purpose
The goal of INCEPT is to explore the needs and requirements for a CRM-ERP system that addresses key operational challenges for incubators, such as tracking Innovation Readiness Levels (IRLs), managing stakeholder relationships, and streamlining reporting processes.

The main tasks of INCEPT include:
- Assessing incubators’ needs for a CRM-ERP system to enhance operational efficiency and startup support.
- Conducting primary and secondary research to define user and system requirements.
- Evaluating cost-effective, adaptable solutions for future implementation.
- Providing recommendations for a scalable system that aligns with Vinnova’s goals for innovation, sustainability, and gender equality.
